1. Definitions

“Company” means SigmaMobile OÜ, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Estonia (registry code 16290460), having its registered office at Harju maakond, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152, Tallinn, Estonia.

“Website” means sigmamobi.com, including all sub-domains.

“User” / “you” means any natural or legal person who accesses the Website.

“Content” means all information, text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, software, and any other materials available on the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

3. Eligibility & Permitted Use

• The Website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) purposes only and is not directed at consumers within the meaning of Estonian Consumer Protection Act.

• You may use the Website solely for the purpose of evaluating the Company’s services or contacting the Company for potential cooperation.

• You shall not (a) copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Content; (b) use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users.

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its Content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to the Website or the Content except as expressly stated.

If, through the Website, you receive non-ublic information concerning potential cooperation with the Company, you agree to keep such information strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purposes of evaluating such cooperation.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by the Company. The Company accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites.

The Website and all Content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Website; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
